AND ALTHOUGH THE UNIVERSITY CURRENTLY OFFERS ORGANIC AND VEGAN FOOD OPTIONS IN THEIR CAFETERIAS, MARISSA BELIEVES THE SCHOOL COULD DO A BETTER JOB AT OFFERING UP HEALTHY ALTERNATIVES IN THE DORMS.

TAKE/VOSOT: (CLIP 2)

I THINK THERE’S ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT. THEY CAN ALWAYS BRING IN EITHER HEALTHIER ALTERNATIVES, FIND DIFFERENT RECIPES, FIND DIFFERENT COMBINATIONS. BECAUSE NOT EVERYONE LIKES LETTUCE, OR SALADS, AND SOMETIMES THOSE ARE THE ONLY THINGS YOU CAN FIND THAT ARE HEALTHIER. SO, MAYBE BRING IN MORE VEGGIE PASTA THINGS, OR STIR-FRY, OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.
